I started SoulMed specifically to help Black women heal from #soul2soles.

As a holistic health coach with a laser focus on helping Black women, my main goal is to get Black women to easily answer this clear and powerfully transformative question :: What do you want for your life?

Through habit coaching I help you effortlessly incorporate health and fitness into your daily routing to improve your life every day through small steps. 

Through the SoulMed Academy (our membership product), you explore the answer to the question by learning how to harness your personal power  self-heal and self-preserve. I guide you to know more about their bodies, reverse adverse health effects, and lead longer, more joyful and productive lives. 

My passion for helping Black women achieve health and wellness is deeply rooted in my own struggle with anxiety, depression and insulin resistance in the form of prediabetes. I am very vocal about my health challenges, especially the negative and limiting impacts of mental health on overall health and wellness. 

A community activist at heart, I have witness these same challenges in the Black community and I am dedicated to creating a legacy of health for the Black community that will change the trajectory of health outcomes for all Black people.
